Oops, it has been 4 months!

It has been a whole 4 months since the last update. I apologize. I wish I could say it's because we've been so busy and have tons of exciting news, but I can't. I have gone back to work full-time now, so we'll use that as my excuse. John's baseball season is in full swing, and they are doing pretty well so far. Maggie continues to grow and continues to amaze us every day. She is so much fun and has such an amazing personality! Other than that, we are spending what time we can together and getting ready for the new baby Meulendyke.

I have a few picture updates, as well. Unfortunately, I took no pictures at Thanksgiving or Christmas, but I have a few from Bobbie, so it wasn't a complete loss. Enjoy!

Maggie loves to go to bed with a book. Our little brainiac often falls asleep with her books and babies.
For Thanksgiving, we went to Colorado with most of John's family. It was a good time with good food and a great Scrablle tournament. Aunt Karen taught Maggie to do "ET phone home."
Maggie & Aunt Karen.
Daddy & Maggie in her fancy Thanksgiving dress (from Grandma Meulendyke).
Christmas was spent in Wisconsin, sharing our time between mine and John's family. Maggie enjoyed playing with her Cousin Owen, and she took advantage of being bigger while she still can.
Maggie in Grandpa's glasses. All four of us at Thanksgiving ;). (nobody knew at the time.)
Maggie had fun playing peek-a-boo in the closet.
And then got cozy with a book.
A rare qicture without any cuts of bruises!
We have pcitures of her sleeping like this as a baby. I thought it was funny, that she still sleeps the same way sometimes.
Maggie loves to dance! Put on some Laurie Berkner, and she will spin and stomp all over the apartment. Right now, she also likes to sing and dance to her own music, usually "Once upon a Dream" from Sleeping Beauty. But her words are "I know me!" instead of "I know you."
She spins and dips her baby, too.
And whatever else she has in her hands.
Tickle Daddy with her "tickle fingers." She will come at you sayin, "Get-you!" and hold out her pointer fingers.
Chilling and watching Snow White.
Maggie at the big table!

One night, Maggie wouldn't sleep. John and I were watching CSI: NY, and Maggie climbed onto the step and watched, too.
Maggie loves to play with the microwave, opening and closing the door, and leaving surprises for me to find later. This picture was taken pre-grafitti. The microwave window is now covered in orange Sharpie. We are working on coloring on paper only! My little helper cleaning the chairs. She even makes a spraying sound before she wipes.
The fat lip is from falling down the stairs outside the apartment. Don't worry she only fell down 3 before I caught her!

The bruised head is from jumping on the bed with John. She still has a dent almost 2 months later, but I think it's starting to go away now!
And yes, she likes to clean without pants on! Maggie in her dancing dress. She even calls it that! Now, we need to get her some jewels.
Waiting for Grandma, Grandpa, and Dad to get home.

Still waiting!
This is Maggie's "So!" pose. As in, "So, what are we going to do now?"

She still loves the rocks!

Maggie's first ponytail!
So sleepy!
Maggie loves to help wash the dishes!

Maggie wearing Daddy's hat!

I guess I waited too long to put her in bed. This is the first and only time Maggie has ever fallen asleep on the couch.
Singing Valentine's Day cards. Thanks Grandma Scandrett!
What a dress! Can you tell Daddy dressed her!
Concentrating hard on her work. Maggie loves markers!

Our first attempt at finger painting! Check out the cool smock!

And Maggie's first bloody nose.
She has become a pro at blowing bubbles. She finally figured out that she needs to breathe above the water.

Her favorite way to end the bath.

Cuddling and reading to the babies. P.S. Congratulations Sara - Izzy is beautiful. Congratulations Bethany - we can't wait to meet Caylie!
